WE RECOMMEND TO START USING CREMAFIT PRODUCTS SPREADING LITTLE PRODUCT, THEN INCREASING THE QUANTITY PROGRESSIVELY, ONCE YOUR SKIN HAS GOT USED TO THE CREAMS.

CremaFIT is a “real” product, with active ingredients. Each epidermis reacts differently and the reaction also depends on the level of training of the person and the consequent circulation of blood in the affected areas. Any initial redness of the skin and the typical “itch” is a natural effect, a sign that the cream is working; this effect will tend to reduce with subsequent applications, with the natural rebalancing of the tissues, without affecting the effectiveness of the action of the product itself.

METHOD OF APPLICATION AND INTERACTION WITH OTHER CREMAFIT PRODUCTS:

  • “STANDARD” MODE FOR THE FIRST DAYS OF USE AND FOR AVERAGE TRAINED PEOPLE: WE RECOMMEND USING CREMAFIT ANTI-CELL or CREMAFIT DRENA AFTER WORKOUT TO EXTEND THE BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. They can be used on alternate days, for example: Monday ANTI-CELL, Tuesday DRENA, Wednesday rest, Thursday ANTI-CELL, etc. etc.
  • “COMPETITIVE” MODE FOR VERY TRAINED PEOPLE: SPREAD CREMAFIT ANTI-CELL (warm effect) BEFORE WORKOUT AND CREMAFIT DRENA (warm effect) AFTER WORKOUT.
 
  • REST DAYS: on rest days you can still use the two creams because the active ingredients work equally; training is an amplifier of results.
    It is preferable to apply the cream in the evening.

WARNING!

Shake before use. Pour the product on your hands and spread with circular movements the areas of the body to be treated: abdomen, abdominals, stomach, hips, legs, arms and buttocks. Do not apply on the breasts and near the intimate areas. Massage in a circular way until completely absorbed. Apply to clean and dry skin, preferably after a shower or before training. It is not greasy and is easily absorbed. After applying the product, wash your hands immediately with soap and water. In case of contact of the product with the eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water and make cold compresses. If the problem persists, consult your doctor.

USO ESTERNO. Il prodotto può creare iperemia (maggior afflusso di sangue nella zona trattata) con conseguente rossore e/o pizzicorio che può persistere per diversi minuti. Si tratta di una reazione normale. Evitare di usare su cute sensibile, irritata o lesa.
CremaFIT TONED contiene Capsico che produce una benefica azione di arrossamento: il suo effetto può sviluppare sulla pelle un senso di calore o di fresco (effetto caldo – freddo) con tempistiche diverse e soggettive in base al tipo di epidermide (effetto ‘‘cool tingling’’).

HOW TO USE:

CREMAFIT ANTI-CELL: EXTERNAL USE. The product can create hyperemia (increased blood flow in the treated area) with consequent redness and / or itching that can persist for several minutes. This is a normal reaction. Avoid using on sensitive, irritated or broken skin.
CremaFIT ANTI-CELL contains Capsicum which produces a beneficial redness action: its effect can develop a sense of warmth or coolness on the skin (hot – cold effect) with different and subjective timing based on the type of epidermis (” cool tingling ” effect ‘).

CREMAFIT DRENA: EXTERNAL USE. WARNING! Contains THYME Oil – attention for those suffering from HYPOTHYROIDISM: this type of oil has a stimulating action on the thyroid gland even if with normal use there are no risks. Thanks to its draining power in some people it can increase normal daily urination.
To eliminate waste, drink at least two liters of water a day.
